Kálamo jewelry is guaranteed for two years, under normal conditions of wear and tear. We will repair with like quality materials at no cost. Please be aware that some of our supplies are limited in quantity and identical replacements are not always possible. If a Kálamo Jewelry piece is damaged after the second year, we will facilitate repairs with like quality materials at an additional cost.
Firstly, should your jewelry require repair, please send an email to kalamo@kalamo.es and we can help further. Please include a brief description of what requires repair and some images.
Some of our most common repair services include replacing a lost single earring, replating gold-plated items or replacement of a lobster clasp or a damage semiprecious stone. Our repair service will take 3-4 weeks for your jewelry to be finished and ready to send back to you.
