KÁLAMO ships worldwide from our studio in Madrid, Spain.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days once full payment has been received, unless otherwise indicated. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in a branded KÁLAMO linen drawstring pouch.

Delivery: €5

Delivery on orders over €120: Free

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS — REST OF THE WORLD

Delivery: €20

Delivery on orders over €300: Free

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, tariffs, customs duties or import fees established by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be requested at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information. KÁLAMO is not responsible for these charges.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

To arrange a return, please contact us first at kalamo@kalamo.es.

Items must be new, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags attached, including the security wax seal, and returned in the jewelry pouch provided.

Please use sturdy packaging to ensure that the pieces are returned safely, without tangling or damage. Items returned damaged, tangled or without the original tag intact will not be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased during sales or clearance periods are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are unable to offer exchanges. However, you may return an unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
