3. Availability of the Kálamo service and products

 

The completion of an order through the Website is subject to their availability. KÁLAMO tries to guarantee the stock of all the pieces that are for sale. If the requested product is not available or is out of stock, the Customer will be informed by email and the amount paid will be refunded within 15 days of payment.

 

4. Kálamo's right to cancel an order

 

KÁLAMO reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order for, among others, the following reasons: A technical or pricing error occurred on the Website when the order was placed. The product that appears in the order is not available. The payment information provided was incorrect or unverifiable. The security systems indicate that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent. How is shipping and delivery done?

 

At the moment in which the Client makes the payment, KÁLAMO will ask him to choose the shipping method in order to carry out the delivery of his order. The shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping address chosen, being calculated automatically during the payment process, and before finalizing the order.

 

Those orders and payment confirmations received after 12:00 noon (local time), will be processed the next business day (working days from Monday to Friday, except holidays marked in the official calendar).

 

In the event of circumstances arising from the customization of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, or periods of large influx of orders, KÁLAMO informs you that delivery times may be subject to variations.

 

If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to continue with the purchase, establishing a new delivery date, or the possibility of canceling the order with a full refund of the price. paid out.

 

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which the Client, or a third party indicated by the Client, acquires material possession of the products, which will be accredited by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

 

In case of impossibility at the time of making the delivery of the order, it will be the user who will agree with the transport company the new delivery.

 

Can KÁLAMO cancel an order?

 

KÁLAMO reserves the right to cancel any order (even if it has been previously accepted), not being responsible for any damage and/or expense, in the following cases:

 

1. When an involuntary error has occurred in the online store; for example a payment or stock error;

 

2. When there are reasons to believe that the Client is a minor or that the credit card to be used does not meet the requirements described in these Conditions;

 

3. When the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or unverifiable.

 

4. When the shipping address provided by the Client is outside the authorized territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Client.

 

In the event that any of these assumptions is identified, KÁLAMO will duly notify you via email, in order to be able to resolve the problem before carrying out any action.

6. Returns and exchanges

 

6.1. Return of non-conforming products

 

The Client has the right to return products that are not in accordance with his/her conformity, up to 15 calendar days after receipt, previously informing KÁLAMO at the email address kalamo@kalamo.es about the reason for his/her non-conformity and thus being able to proceed to the return of it.

 

If the return is accepted, KÁLAMO will refund the full value of the product fifteen (15) days after receipt by KÁLAMO of the product that is the reason for the return.

 

The foregoing is without prejudice to the rights that the Client holds as a consumer according to the provisions of current mandatory regulations on consumer protection.

 

6.2. Return of products for any reason or right of revocation

If the Customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, for whatever reason, they have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product without giving any explanation. The Customer can return the purchased product, provided that: The product has not been used.

6.5. Refund Information Refund will be made to the original form of payment.
